What about Levy County and Gainesville?

Levy County is also part of the region we cover, so call us if your property is there. Gainesville is in Alachua County and we are glad to help there, though most of that area is already developed, so much of our land clearing work is in the more rural parts of the region.

Rural land is familiar ground

Much of the land in these counties is rural: family acreage, timber-grown lots, pasture that has gone back to brush, and building sites at the end of a dirt road. That is the kind of property we work on most. In North Florida, growth comes back quickly and low spots can hold water after heavy rain, so how land is cleared and shaped matters. We look at the property itself before we suggest a plan.

Towns we serve

Along with the county pages, we serve the areas around Lake City in Columbia County, Lake Butler in Union County, and Alachua and Gainesville in Alachua County. If your town is not named here, that does not mean we cannot help. It just means we would like to hear where the property is.

How to tell if your property is in range

• If it is in one of the five counties above, we cover it.
• If it is in a nearby county, such as Levy, call us and tell us where it is.
• If it is farther out, the size of the job decides whether the trip makes sense.

How far we will travel

Our service area is roughly an 80-mile radius around Alachua. For a larger job, we will go that distance. For a smaller job, it may not make sense for either of us, so distance and job size are part of the conversation when we give you an estimate.
